24 to 30" radius and #8 turnouts is too tight for these things??? 
Yep, the wheels are coming out - but the silver lining is - the wheels are beautiful and will make a nice load for a wheel flat car!
Its not that its too tight, its more of the geometry and angle of the coupler pockets. Most likely new wheels will solve it.
