Gee Lenny, finally a photo without snow.  Great shot.

Few more shots from last Saturday's Conrail picnic.

Old PRR station located across from The Hardhat.

My favorite photo of the day.

Nice Ponies Bob.

I'm working on an Ode to Tehachapi II, but in the meantime, here's some teasers for Gary.

1st shot of the morning, right place at the right time:

Didn't expect another train so soon, so missed a short BNSF TOFC at Tunnel 10:

I'm still keen for timeshare:

A short drive south for some Cajon Summit Madness:

More soon.

And a couple more from Newport:

Yes, it's the Atlas stone viaduct!

The monumental architecture of the Pennsylvania Railroad...  Timeless as ever.

CN freight curving through Mount Albert, Ontario, on the "transcon". The leader is still working for CN, but the trailing unit is retired:

A Mother's Day trip to Topeka meant another stop in Colby where mixed in with the stored cars were a few relics from the 60's.

A paint scheme down the road for Craig perhaps.

And one for Atlas.  This was the oldest I think with a 1965 build date.

Even some old Seaboard for Joe at MTL.

I was also lucky enough to spot this KYLE train in Genoa, CO (I think they were off eating diner).

More shots in this album.
