Intermountain SD45-2 details

I've just been checking out the new Intermountain announcements, and I saw another run of the SD45-2 listed including more Santa Fe units - Yay

Intermountain site lists a BNSF Sublettered Santa Fe unit here:

It might sound like nit picking, but I'm slightly frustrated by the fact that the model has an incorrect location for the headlight. Santa Fe moved all of the SD45-2 headlights to the nose to improve visibility in poor weather. This was done well before the BNSF sublettering was added. Boo

The bizarre thing is that Intermountain seem to have the correct tooling with the nose headlight for a late model Santa Fe or BNSF SD45-2...

So I know some of the Intermountain guys are active on this forum. I'd love to hear if there is ever a chance of a run of SD45-2s in Santa Fe or Santa Fe with BNSF sublettering with nose headlights?

They skrewed up the fueltanks on the first run of SD45-2s but made good by sending the correct parts out. If IMRC has one saving grace, it is that their parts department really is unmatched.

better question is why do you have to use so much
 glue to hold the body together? i wanted to do a NS high hood
and the sill and cab are glued on so tight i dont want to risk breaking
any thing

A high hood 45-2? You can order an undec shell directly from IMRC.
