i've never really dug into the WM's Dutch Line until last night.  i'm very interested in the area around York and Hanover, PA.  the yard, engine facilities, and interchange with the PRR in downtown Hanover are very intriguing.  does anyone have a picture or track diagram of the yard?  this town is a perfect LDE for a layout - diamond, stub end yard, freight house, station, parallel mains.  it's all there, ready to be modeled.

I may have a track chart.  Have you checked the Alphabet Route site?

i've seen the track chart there, i was looking for a better depiction.  pictures of hanover would help sort out the yard - it looks like there may have been a circus ramp there.  very cool.

i'm checking things out with PennPilot now.

I don't know much about Hanover, but York PA rocks too.

It would probably be possible to build a cool layout just representing Hanover to York.

Lol. Nah, it was never my bag. CR never got there.

But the West York industrial stuff did cross my mind briefly for the basement.
