Thanks Chris , I think I can take 2 MTL DC flats as a starter for the bones , new side frames and a span bolster should be a close enough look . Another project for the future .

If N scale had good SD40-2s, C30-7s, U30Cs, SD45s, SD40s, and SW10s; I'd be in N scale.

No... Vulcan trucks are characterized by the journal box being removable... not cast into the sideframe.

The sideframe screams ASF to me... not a ride control for sure... but maybe some modified low-boy design...
