Must have been a pretty high bid with the $29 MSRP tag.  Think I'll pass on these...

Can't
see the value in running more SD40-2s, but they can waste time on this?  Must be a page from the MT buiness plan for gaining everlasting respect from model railroaders...

Wait, they're charging for these?  When I saw the picture I assumed it was a subscriber freebie, sort of a consolation prize for those insipid articles.  How could anyone be expected to pay for a magazine-branded freight car?  Does that fit in the train with Armed Forces F7s and 12 Days of Christmas box cars?

One more thing from Kato that I can ignore... ;)
You`ll never find a Philly cheese steak on a menu in Philadelphia. It`s called a cheesesteak and we all know where it`s from...

Are they the same as the 6 containers that you get in the $53 Maxi sets?

Athearn did the same also.

They would be the same except for the price compared to the NACS containers they released early last year with a $14.95 MSRP.

I would buy a set if they were for NSR or maybe N-scale, but not MR since they don't care about N-scale.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.
