what is this little bugger ? I did reserve a B'mann 44 Tonner for it but the more I look at it the more it looks totally different than a 44 Tonner, what is it... ?

Whitcomb 44Ton (III) (44DE22) , Found a almost perfect ( handrail at walkway section missing on yours ) clone in Critters , Dinkys & Centercabs book .
