I got off the phone earlier this afternoon after speaking to PETE at Brooklyn Locomotive Works. My reason for phoning was to see if he had ever recived decals from Walthers for the new sleeping cars (ordered a bunch from him). He was really bummed out by the entire decal business ,can sympathize with him for feeling this way. He explained that he had to delay shipment of all the cars for two days while each one was checked out to see if there decals included. So far Walthers hasn't shipped any decals to him ,and if they do he says he will send them out. He was even doubting if they existed, but I told him I had seen a sheet reproduced on the internet. He feels much like I do that after realizing that they hadn't created the decals, they would scramble to quickly produce some. So so far no decals for me execpt I have some micro scale sets that will work on some of my cars, but not all the roads I ordered. Walthers should have done what Rapido Trains is doing offered cars with multipul names or numbers already printed on. Nate Goodman (Nato).Salt Lake, Utah.
