I can't speak to FNS's intentions, but this - http://crcyc.railfan.net/crrs/box/cr362028.jpg - is a proto X58. Actually, an X58B.

Is the ConCor PLug Door Boxcar an X58?

Are the BN/SOO 50' plug door cars copies of the X58?

Search for the following N Scale Railwire topic: "the first railwire inspired kit, PRR/PC/CR/LV X58?".  This subject was kicked around for a couple of weeks.  I, along with many others, would love to see it happen.  However, I don't hold out hope it will.
