An oddball NHNY&H heavyweight combine copy of a brass model in HO, both parts MTL heavyweights



And after many years of wondering if it could be done, making a PRR B60 out of two Lima/AHM PRR MPB70/MPB70a's, with AMB 2D-P5 trucks and body mount MTLs.



Both need painting, some minor patching, and the PRR car will get modified round window baggage doors

I found those single window coaches to have lots of kitbash possibilities.  A lot of real railroads 'kitbashed' everything from combines to diners out of them as they got older.  And the MTL modular construction makes them better bashing candidates than what many of us had to work with in the 1970s.

And I think you used some of those 1970s models, too-

The second car looks like much of it's heritage is the ancient Minitrix/Model Power combine (roof and doors and the steps, at least).  Really good use of stuff from the scrap box.
