In a Facebook post Folsom Locomotive Works has announced that he would like to produce Southern Pacific MT 3d printed shells. He’s currently exploring using either the bachmann mountain chassis or the BLI M1a - both chassis have advantages and drawbacks. Either way, if any one here has his P series engines you saw how nice of a job he did.
Note - for rivet counters and people that will agonize over things not being perfect this isn’t the product for you. I’d personally rather have something that’s super close over not getting it at all or hoping some one will sell theirs on eBay and I have to take out a second mortgage to afford a mediocre running locomotive.
