Did any of the rebuilt CNR GP9m units have Flexicoil trucks? I know at least one slug did.

That's a no. Flexicoils were popular on some slugs and were used on the 1400 series GMD-1 rebuilds and a number of non-rebuilt 1000 series GMD-1's were retrucked with surplus flexicoils (1100 series), but none of the GP9RM's received them.
