Micro Train Couplers

Can anyone tell me what Micro Train Coupler conversion works on a Kato N scale 176-8957 ES44AC CPKC #9375?   I've tried the 001 02 051 (2004) and its too tight.  Also does anyone have any extra 001 02 051 (2004) coupler they would like to sell or trade for.   They appear to be sold out every where. Also  I have a extra large collection of MTL couplers I'm willing to trade or sell.  Feel free to let me know your needs.

Hey Joe, (brings back memories of the Hendrix song LOL) have you tried putting the coupler/shank from the 2004 into the 2015 coupler box to see if that will fit into the Kato shell?

While I haven't done any Kato/MTL conversions for a while, I seem to recall that some required the coupler box opening in the pilot filed slightly to enlarge them.  But that is a vague recollection.  And as Southern mentioned some coupler innards might be needed so the coupler ends up at the correct height.
