Here is what appears to be a new Kato turntable in HO scale. I found it at Hobbysearch. Sadly, the Kato USA website no longer includes any inquiry email screen. I wonder whether anyone here knows about this product? Thank you!

I wonder if you could use that kit to make a large N scale turntable?  It sats the bridge is 246 mm long, that's about 9.6 inches long.  Is the kit available anywhere?

Whoa, 670 bucks just for the extension kit?  That's a hefty price tag!

I found it on Hobbysearch (https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/11240533) for about $360. It appears to be sold out there and I do not know whether they will ship to the U.S. (Japan Post quit handling parcels to the U.S. about a year ago.)

People into HOn30 might be interested in Universe1207 @ eBay. They carry 9mm gauge turntable kits from Cosmic and M’s Electric.

Wait.. did they use the N scale turntable and lazer cut wood to convert it to HO sale?
It turns out you can get black confetti in the shape of d'cks...

Goes on sale on April 2026:
https://store.shopping.yahoo.co.jp/tekkonmodel/28-352.html

A new item has arrived to further enhance your enjoyment of Unitrack electric turntable kits
(HO) for the standard production D51 locomotive!

● A kit for an HO gauge electric turntable that can be enjoyed on a tabletop has been commercialized.
● Simple assembly using adhesive (sold separately) and simple electrical wiring are required for production.
● Create your own original locomotive depot depending on your painting! Main girder length: 246mm , branching angle: 10 degrees (same as N product)

that can accommodate large locomotives such as the C62 class and the standard production D51 locomotive. An item that can be enjoyed in HO gauge by combining the N gauge electric turntable with newly laser-cut parts.

I wonder if the baseplate of the turntable bridge has HO scale unitrack already attached, or if you could add N scale track and make it a long N scale turntable.  I am looking for a turntable, and the standard Kato N scale turntable is super reliable but very short.  If you could modify the HO extension kit to use an N scale bridge track, you would have a turntable plenty long enough for the largest steam locos.  It would be over 11 inches long.

Looks pretty cool, I wish they would make an extended N scale turntable to handle longer locos.  The current N scale turntable is very small.
