This is the GT(DT&I) interchange job to the L&N at Decoursey Yard, via the "Oasis Line" (formerly PRR/PC) back in the 70s, then down the Wilder Branch to Decoursey. In later years after Queensgate Yard was built, and Decoursey downgraded, GT ran over Conrail (ex NYC) down to Sharonville and on to Queensgate; This traffic was later handled by the I&O--today some still goes via the I&O but down through Springfield, OH to the Midland Sub, then on to Cincinnati.
The "Purple People Bridge" is the aqua/silver bridge at the end of the train, later painted purple (duh); This was closed to auto traffic but is still popular as a recreational trail across the river.
There was also some street running along the Ohio River through Smale Park and behind Riverfront Stadium (seen on the left in the background), which connected to the Oasis line. Track is mostly still there but only used up to the "Boathouse" (just to the right of the bridge) as there's a Cincinnati Barge & Rail transloading facility there. Interestingly, it's become a very gentrified area, but the transloading is very noisy--pig-iron briquettes by the bargeload being conveyored into 50' gons. The rich folks don't like it much so CB&R built a wall out of old shipping containers to block some of the sound. These trainloads of pig-iron make for some great heavy trains going up the I&O..
Maybe TMI, but used to live there. Cincy is an interesting railroad town still!
