If they add RMC I will pledge my allegiance.
RMC won't even let you print if you have their subscription [/quoteThat, and its digital back issues don't go back far enough for what I want. In addition, its site doesn't like tablets much, so you have to sit in front of a computer to view what issues it has. Apparently, White River either didn't buy the rights to the historical issues or are too lazy to scan them. And it's a shame, because RMC, back in the days, had a lot of good prototype information and drawings that are still useful to modelers today. My pleas to digitize received hurrumphs in return. I imagine if White River heard from enough modelers, though, it might reconsider. And I plan to buy the discs of the early N Scale mag issues.I love that I was able to download all of MRs back issue history before the new company took over and I love my Mainline Modeler back issues that I got from the C&O Historical Society. But I really miss RMC and N Scale Modeler. With Kirk's passing, I doubt we'll ever get NSM back issues on disc, unfortunately.
