DCC Concepts recently went thru Insolvency & Administration under UK Law. In Very Short... The end results was between US Chapter 11 & Chap 7 Bankruptcy because Couldn't Restructure the Business in Chap 11
but not sold everything to the Highest Bidder like Chap 7.
Took over/Sold main business to Layout Concepts Ltd. Currently that's seems to includes all IP etc to make the products.
Fulfillment now handle by TMC, The Model Centre.
Once TMC or other Downstream Stores run out of Stock, expect new Logos & other Artwork at minimum.
