I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but two things struck me. First, the live oak about 1/2 mile west of Caliente appears to be less live than it was 50 years ago when I and friends used to park under it, playing Monopoly or Rail Baron between trains. The RR supplies stacked around it might have something to do with it.

Second? Railfans are bloomin' everywhere you look. This must have been shot on a Saturday.
