Everyone knows I’m a sucker for a bicentennial scheme, especially Seaboard Coast Line U36B No. 1776. So, I’m still trying to get a picture of the red, white, and blue GP10 No. 1776 that the East Penn RR just painted for next year’s semiquincentennial anniversary of the U.S. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone hunting, it was tied down around the other side of the old station in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, so I can’t get a good picture without trespassing. I’ll keep trying, but, in the meantime, here’s what it looks like:
