What liquid smoke to use for BLI N scale steamers

I received my BLI Conductor's Club Big Boy this week. Superb model and great price.  It has a smoke unit which I won't use often but will be fun for visitors.  BLI included an insert which emphasized using "lightweight" smoke fluid and suggested Marklin 2421.  I found it at Walthers and on-line but it is about $28 for a bottle that would last me two lifetimes. Marklin 2420 is a much smaller bottle for about $8 but I can't find any information on whether or not the smoke fluid in the bottle is the same.  Has anyone tried either of these or, pehaps, a different brand of lightweight smoke fluid?

Thanks.
Best regards,

Roger

@GM50 4164  uses the JT's Mega-Steam brand with good results, but get smaller syringes than what comes with the MS

Due to its suitable viscosity, JT’s “Mega-Steam” smoke fluid is recommended for use with Broadway Limited (BLI) locomotives.

Thanks for the heads up about JT's Mega-Steam and the link to the web page.  I will be ordering some this evening.

JoeD--I loved your humor but I am not a fan of liquid smoke.  I smoke my own ribs and pork shouder and always put on some jumbo shrimp for the first 25-30 of a smoking session.  I always use apple wood chunks in my Weber smoker.  "Secret sauce" for the smoked shrimp is Thousand Island dressing with a healthy blob of fresh horseradish.  Waiting for Central Illinois to get a little warmer so I can statrt smoking season.
Best regards,

Roger

Mega Steam's "Original Cedar" smells great, if you are concerned about that.
