It seems like the next logical step in RTR and weathered cars.  What's next?  Simulated drunk and sleeping hobos?  Maybe a pile of scale vomit to clean out from where one of them over indulged?  Actual grain or other product to sweep out?  Or maybe, load restraint straps on an appropriate box car?
