Nice work on the crossing!  I have to build one of those as my third project.  I ordered the fixture and PointForm tool to make it easier.

That's a good idea!  I'll have to give that a go the next time since I just bought some double-sticky tape for matting my drawings!

You guys posted so much good info here about handlying N scale turnouts, but it will all soon be lost in the group's archive (as "Weekend Update").  I would love one of you to start a "Handlying N scale turnouts" or a similar thread, and post all of this wisdom there.  I think it would make a excellent sticky thread showcasing your techniques, which then would be easy to locate for others looking for this type of info and to append more info to as the time goes by.
