Tri Level House Challenge - By Gary60S

It's time for an end of year challenge -- User Gary60S created many "scratch sets" and posted them here on TRW.  In recognition of his work, I'd like to run a Railwire Challenge. I've created a 3D skeleton of the the Gary60S Tri Level House - with the brick front.  It's available on Tinkercad for anyone with the link.   Please make a copy of the files, change them around anyway you want, add some enhancements (such as a chimney, driveway, AC unit, new windows, etc)  then print it on the machine of your choice.  If you don't have a 3D printer, you may also participate the old fashioned way by making a model from Gary's original plans using styrene or material of your choice.   The model I've posted is N scale, feel free to make it in any scale you want.  Please post your makes in this thread before 30 January 2025

There is no prize, other than bragging rights.   I also ask that if you make mods, especially in N, please share them with the rest of the community since there are very few good structure models out there.

With the water table being what it is in my modeled part of Louisiana, there's not likely to be a house like this.  But I could be persuaded to build another of his designs and substitute if the Judges Committee of the Whole allows the substitution.

There is no basement.   Last time I was in Slidell many years ago, I saw a lot of ranch style.   

Take a look 107 Mathew’s drive Slidell.  Similar.   But the whole point of this exercise is to build one of Gary’s designs.  So go for it.

There are a TON of single story ranch houses around here - all built slab on grade.  As you move north that sort of split level becomes possible.

That aside I have a  couple of his designs printed out.
