Early voting turnout for the 19th Annual N Scale Vehicle of the Year has been good so far.  However, if there is anyone who hasn't voted yet, the early online voting ends on May 31.  After that date, the only way to vote will be in-person in Reno, NV at the National N Scale Convention registration room on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.  Here is the link for early online voting:

The votes (and there were a lot of them) have been tallied, and the winners of the Nineteenth Annual N Scale Vehicle of the Year Awards are as follows:

The New N Scale Vehicle of the Year Award goes to:  Rapido Trans for their GM New Look transit bus.

The Enhanced N Scale Vehicle of the Year Award goes to: Showcase Miniatures for their Pierce Class pumper truck.

Congratulations to Rapido Trains and Showcase Miniatures for bringing us these fantastic models!

And, we also want to thank all the manufacturers for all of the excellent vehicle models that were nominated for this year's awards. While we have always heard the comment from those voting in person at the convention that it was really challenging to decide which nominees to vote for, I believe that this year we heard that comment much more frequently!

Thank you Dirk!  There were more than 470 N scale vehicles displayed on the NSVA tables at the convention.  And, the production dates for the display models ranged from 1968 to 2023!
