Soldering iron replacement

My soldering iron is really old and I’m in need of a new one.  Any recommendations?

I'm a really big fan of Antex soldering irons. They are a far superior design, although they can be a little hard to find. Most soldering iron have the tip inserted into the iron, but the Antex ones the tip slides over the iron. This allows the heating element to be further forward than normal, helping to maintain temperature. The 25W Antex iron works better than most 40W irons I've used.

There have been other threads here about soldering iron recommendations.

Personally I use rework equipment (iron, solder extractor, tweezers and hot air tool) made by PACE.  But that is professional equipment and it is rather pricey.
