Which Micro-Trains coupler fits the Atlas N-Scale NE-6 caboose with no end user modifications needed?

Unknown.  If you cut away the current coupler box except for the back wall (and leave the mounting lugs for the end railing intact), you can drill and tap and screw an assembled MTL 2004 coupler box in place.  Same for an NE-5.
