With some Rustoleum Red Oxide Primer and a bit of dry brushed Santa Fe Silver the racks are done:




Then I Painted up the track panel With and old but still usable Floquil Rail Brown paint pen and glued it on:



And it’s done. The load is removable so I can use this gon for other cargo. I do intend to weather the gon based on prototype photos but that a project for another day. Thanks again @davefoxx

Progress Rail is in DeCoursey, KY, just south of Cincinnati on the CSX line. They build pre-assembled track sections and ship them all over. I've seen turnout pieces and even "snap-track" sections on flats on CSX and NS lines north when I lived in West Chester.

As for me, it is a pretty cool gift. At least I wouldn't mind getting one like it, along with other parts of the equipment :) Actually, when it comes to gift giving it is a very delicate thing as each person has his or her own preferences. For instance, a while ago I got a gift that I had no idea I wanted but when I got it I knew it was perfect! My boyfriend got me a camera roll keychain from https://www.myphotomugs.com/collections/camera-roll-keychain with our and mine photos on it. It is always with me and whenever I miss him I look at those photos and smile :)

That's a cool gift!  And I thought I've seen all the photo gifts out there (photography is another one of my too many hobbies!).  :)
