Manufacturers of crushed/ground colored foam

Does anyone have the names of companies other than Woodland Scenics that make a selection of different colors of crushed/ground foam?  I'd like to get an idea of all that are out there.

Scenic Express offers their own plus products from most of the other big manufacturers. They have a huge selection and deliver promptly. Plus, they have the renowned Martin Welberg line. Highly recommended.

Scenic Express has a large tumbler that looks like a cement mixer for grinding up foam. After colored, it's spread out on 4x8 tables to dry.

There is a relatively new company started by a young lad here in Australia who makes his own that is sold through hobby shops.
Ground foam along with his range of static grasses, he also carries Martin Welberg products.

I haven't seen anything close from WS and it's hard to tell the actual colors when shopping online.

I'm not sure at what depth in the photo you're referring to but well blended 2mm and 4mm Summer and late Fall static grasses should get you close.
You've got to experiment with manufacturers, colors, lengths and ratios of all of those things in addition to what you'll be laying down as a base coat color and texture.

I'll second the first answer to this query, i.e., Woodland Scenics is close.  One reason I like them is they are warm colors (i.e., more red than blue in the basic browns, yellows, etc.) which just fits my eye best.  And, sticking with one mfg avoids the "jars the liver" sight of a cool color among warms, or maybe even vice versa.

BTW, I do have some Bachmann ground covers and ballast, don't know if they are still around as I probably bought them 8-10 years ago to experiment, just like Wazzou is doing now.  Have fun!
