Face it, we're moving to an online economy. Better get used to it...

Or at the very least its sometimes good to just do a quick inventory check online before heading out, even on basic items. And I'm saying that as someone who would rather drive halfway across the state then wait 2 days for a delivery.

I did my first Atlas Shay DCC install.  Sheesh.  Works great though and it's still full of magic smoke!.

craigolio1: You are better than me. I've started two or three times and never finished a shingle Shay install. They're just so darn tiny and cramped for space!

Where's the speaker?

It is a silent decoder.  I did this several years ago - back  then there were no small sound decoders available.

I took a few Rustoleum nozzles and cleaned them out to keep for spares. I popped the little black tip out and cleaned in there as well. Unlike most tips there is no direct route for the paint or to clean. The black cap fits over a tiny mushroom head that has 4 slots in it. I'm guessing this is how it sprays upside down because there are 4 possible outlets?

Anyways yes they can be cleaned. After I was done I checked for more to clean. None of the cans had any nozzles because every time I need to spray I'm playing musical nozzles just to get something to spray.
