:| About a week ago I ordered a 2020 Bachmann Catalog on line. Two days ago I received an E Mail back letting me know they were closed for the duration and that I could either get a refund or have my order held until they reopen. I opted to have my order held. Closed for the duration of...? Cononavirus? Quarantine? 2020?
American eyes, American eyes
View the world from American eyes
Bury the past, rob us blind
And leave nothing behind

They put this up on their facebook page on March 25

Bachmann Trains, in compliance with state and community guidelines in slowing the spread of COVID-19, will extend the closure of its offices, including shipping, parts, and service, until at least April 6, 2020. We thank you for your understanding and wish everyone good health at this time.

Not sure where (offices in Philadelphia? ) their main US location is, but would assume that (a) the Chinese manufacturing capability may be running injection molded parts for medical equipment, and (b) given the current circumstances, the offices in the US will be closed well past April 6, especially if I am correct about location.

I gave up rivet counting when I couldn't see an N scale rivet anymore.

If they were able to remain open in USA, they could at least still offer the spare parts service (since I'm pretty sure those are stocked here locally).  So they probably decided to close up their Philly location too.

I guess I was not specific enough.  That was the Bachmann USA facebook page I was quoting- which is to say, they have been closed since March 25 in the USA.
