Testors Airbrush System

I have a Testors single-action external mix Airbrush kit that I bought (I think I bought it locally) many years ago--but have only used twice (and yes, I cleaned it afterwards.) The kit, which I intend to sell on either our site or on ebay, comes with a 15oz. spray can of Ozone Safe Airbrush Propellant.  My immediate question is: can I ship the propellant (with the kit) to a purchaser through the US Postal Service?  Or must I sell the kit without the propellant?

Thank you for your info.

You know, this is something that would be a better fit in the Crew Lounge section (this is not N or Z, or even model RR specific).  :)

The propellant is non-flammable, but it  is a compressed gas or aerosol. It should be ok to ship it using the ground service (like UPS or FedEx ground, or the old fashion Postal Parcel service).

I've re-posted the question on the Crew Lounge page.
