Help me with this if you will. About 55 years ago, 1966 or earlier, I was visiting my grandparents in Toms River New Jersey. I remember we took a day trip and I think there was a steam engine there. There was definitely a train. I do remember some horses or mules pulling barges (with tourists I think) on a nearby canal.
Where was I? My best guess is Western New Jersey but possibly Eastern Pennsylvania. I don't think it was Steam town but I was only 4 to 6 years old and now trying to piece together a memory.
