Just barely.  This 9-post version (NWF13A) was built in 2006.  The earliest lot of the 17-post version (NWF13, pictured in Jim's post) dates from 2002-2003.

17 Post Articulated sets are GWG33 / NWG33
17 Post units were also built as singles (NWF13) and three unit draw-bar connected - NWG33A
11 Post single cars are also NWF13A

After skimming through a few hundred NWF13A photos online, I did manage to find one in the new logo:

This is clearly a patch job, and most likely a very recent one.  I think the entire production run of this class was made in 2006, the year before the new logo came out (IIRC), so most of these cars will probably hang on to the older TTX logo for a while longer I would think.

You had much better luck than I did.

Although the seventeen post variations turned up with red logos, all of the photos (i.e., including some that were taken in 2019) of the nine post cars that I came across bore the previous black and white logo.

Apparently got my prototypes mixed up.

Guess TTX never needed to a repaint or re-letter their batch of NWF13A cars.

The patched car that you found would make a nice addition to the models that JTC already plans on releasing.

GWG cars are built by Greenbrier/Gunderson. First letter of the class indicates the builder.

G - Greenbrier/Gunderson family
J - Johnstown America/Freightcar America
N - National Steel Car
R - Trinity
T - Thrall
