Either someone fat fingered the sales price and missed a 1 or they really want these gone.  Get them while you can if you're a modern UP modeler...

$79.99 for a Kato SD70ACe with ESU Loksound DCC factory installed...

Missed it by thaaaat much!  Got on to the website to show 11, snooped around to check other prices.  Then there were two.  Add to cart and...out of stock.

The price is definitely a typo as that's the price of the DC units in other road numbers.  They have a different road number in the same trim and an Add To Cart To See Price.  And if you do that it's $256.

Now the question is if MBK will honor that.  $80 is probably below dealer's cost.

I wonder if they even know about the error.  If it's an "automatic" ordering system, it can go from order to out the door without anyone noticing it!

I wondered the same thing, I bought one myself, but I'm curious if they will honor it.

I did notice when I first went to them there was 13, and watched it drop to 5, then all of a sudden it went back up to 11, and then slowly back down to Out of Stock.

Interesting i *just* got an email from MBK advertising "Select Kato up to 70% off".  And this one is included but the math doesn't work out.  It's more than 70% off.

Also listed is a PA-1 with the same trim and it's $179.99 so it looks like someone fat fingered the "1" as the OP guessed.
