@Frisco Larry , The instructions are right on the Shapeways page you ordered from and thank you for your order. There is some work you must do.
These docs state Lima/Model Power, but the steps are very similar for the Atlas/ConCor/Rivarossi heavyweights, and the coupler installation is identical.
