Im guessing what changed is that GE Transportation is about to get purchased by (or merged into) Wabco (I think its Wabco)..  whoops "Wabtec"

Good news for those in Erie though..

Yep. I hated that GE went full scab with that whole thing. The only reason they were shifting production was that we all know who actually wins the race to the bottom for the American worker.
