Does anyone know when the D&H RBL was painted?  The reweigh date is 4-77, which is too late for my railroad.  If it was painted in 6-74, or earlier, I can change the date easily enough.

The car was built in 1964, but I can't find any pictures earlier than the late 1970s.

The GATX 20,700 gal tank cars from 1968 look nice - does anyone know if they made it up to Canada, and what producct(s) they would have carried?

I need more tank cars going to Fort St. John.

The RBL is all new tooling, and will have body mounted couplers.  We have worked with Moloco to bring this car from their HO line to N scale.

This is the offset door version. Any plans on doing the centered door version too?

You might have to change more than the date if you want to go back to 1974:

Hmmm...looks very much like they bought it from the Erie/EL.  Well, that saves me money.  Thank you!

As for the offset door, I didn't know these had them.  The B&O Canstock cars, yes, and some FGE cars I saw years ago, but not plain RBLs.  But a closer look at my MILW pictures show that their 2800s, at least, DO have offset doors.  So the old Walthers tooling wouldn't be correct after all, at least for the series Atlas is making.

Because this is not the old Walthers tooling.  It is an all new model.

No, but my first post assumed it was, your response said it wasn't, and the pictures posted here confirmed that the Walthers model wouldn't be correct.  That is what my last comment referred to. 

Since you said it's new tooling, it WILL be correct, and I might buy another MILW car.

I have one of the Walthers cars, undecorated, and am still looking for a use for it.
