The first reports (from the transit authority) were that the truck was hit twice by trains, once by a freight and then the commuter. UP came back a said that they had no trains in the area at that time which left UTA scratching their heads. Definitely a close call but not as intriguing as when it was first reported. But yes, it's good news that the dog wasn't injured and the drive only had minor injuries.
