I know - I have dealt with them few times on several models over the last 10 years or so. I've worked with John, Keith and Pat (all nice guys). They will sell you few pieces here and there (especially if they have some spares from a recent run), but their official policy is that they do not sell individual parts. They are not like Atlas or Kato as far as parts are concerned.
