a Bachmann heavy Mountain? It has the Bachmann decoder in it so wiring is already there.
This loco seems to run and pull much better than their Light Mountain so sound would be worth it.

I would take out the light board and hard wire in an Soundtraxx Tsunami 2! Use a 9 x 16 MM speaker with enclosure! Trace or mark the wires that go to the male pins on the original board , hard wire a LED for the rear light!
