Kato PA-1/PB-1 & F3A and F3B Units with ESU LokSound Decoders

Some months ago I recall reading an announcement from a train show, that Kato would release in December 2017 / January 2018, D&RGW PA-1/PB-1 & WP F3A and F3B Units with ESU LokSound Decoders.

I contacted Kato USA who advised that the locos were already out for pre-ordering. However, I was unable to locate any retailers who had these locos listed for pre-orders.

I contacted Kato USA again last week, but am yet to receive a reply.

Does anyone know of retailers accepting pre-orders for these locos?
