Mmmmmm......ALCos (Images now fixed)

Just got back home to Oz after a fantastic 3 weeks in the US, mainly in PA And NY, chasing ALCos and other bits and pieces. Here's a few taken on the WNYP between 10-12 October 2017.

WNYP M636 ALCos 638/637/685 rolling through North Driftwood with the empty aggregate hoppers. It will return in about an hour to pick up the loaded hoppers parked up here.

Glad you had a good time here in the states chasing Alcos. I like them too. When Atlas released the RSC-2 in 1968-69, I had my order in the mail to America's Hobby Center faster than the Hiawatha made it from Chicago to Minneapolis.

Thanks Doug - certainly has been a long held dream to get there and track down these beasts.

Nice shots Wes. The only time I have seen those altos is at the same engine house taking pictures s from the same footpath.
