Can anyone provide the height of the alternator/battery box that sits inside older cabeese (where a belt came up through the floor to power the alternator located in the said box). I can find plenty of plan vews with dimensions, but nothing giving the height, and apparently these were typically removed and replaced by the truck mounted generators before any one started taking photos. All I find photo wise are empty floors were the box once was.
