Mullioned windows for DPM modular walls

Does anybody make many-paned replacement windows for the window openings of DPM modular? The 3-window wall sections are really close to looking like old NE textile mills, but they didn't have the 2-pane sash windows that come with the wall kits. I really don't want to have to install my own mullions in all these windows. Even if I can cut down and use windows from another kit that would help.

Get measurements and send a note to a 3D printing friend. Sounds like a perfect task for that application.

Better or call a friend that can make etching, unless you want mullions that are 1.88" thick.  0.3mm square ("wire" in Shapeways terms) is the thinnest cross section Shapwqys will allow.

Etched brass window inserts do exist.

And search the web for Ratio N Scale etched brass windows.  They make a variety of frets of N Scale windows.
You can find them on eBay right now as we speak (try "Ratio 310 Domestic Windows" for example).

I don't know how well these would adapt to DPM windows, but I have had these frets in the past and they are very finely done.

The small divisions between window panes are called muntins. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muntin
Mullions ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mullion )are something else. 

I was unaware of this (since everybody seems to be calling them mullions) until couple of years ago.

We're never too old to learn something new.    I learned about this on one of the model RR forums (probably here). Another member corrected someone's misuse of the term mullion.

It's nylon window screen -- a 3x8 windowpane arrangement but close enough for the backdrop building it's going to be in. Interesting because I can cut pieces to match the screen alignment of the far right upper floor window "panes", glue them on, then ACC clear plastic behind it for "glass".
And it's cheap!
