Can anyone identify this Pullman heavyweight plan?

This former Pullman heavyweight observation is serving as seating for an adjacent fast food stand in Midland Park NJ, alongside a Susquehanna branch line.  Can anyone identify the Pullman Plan# by the window arrangement?  Pics below.

Here is the info from that surviving Pullman thread over on rypn.org:

"374. Hidden Lake (1st) (Lot #4770, Plan #3585A, 1924, 10S-1DR-2C, GN)--sold to ERIE (1948) converted (1949??) to business car #6 renumbered (when??) to #4 to EL #4 sold (when??) to Hoboken Shore RR sold (when??) to Delaware Otsego-Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley as CACV #4 Otsego Lake sold (when??) to private ownership and moved to the Wortendyke neighborhood of Midland Park, NJ, next to the depot, where Newtown Rd crosses the NYS&W (MP 26.15)."

Funny!  It is nice that it belonged to one of the local Class I roads though. The ex-Erie mainline (currently NJ Transit's Main Line) splits my town, and all the railroad overpasses on the line are still engraved or tile-embossed with the ERIE branding.  It used to see heavy freight action also, before Conrail fell.  The still-active NYSW line about a mile to the west still has NYSW power on the point of the freight consists half the time.

It is great info, but I'm not really sure how they verify it, so buyer beware.

 :(
after 72 the Erie Mainline east of Binghamton saw a great reduction in thru freights.
there was generally 1 NY99/100 Pig train in the morning,a Ford Turn or 2,and rarely a caboose
hop to Maybrook yard to Bill PC.
sometimes the Ford Turn to Mahwah was combined with the Maybrook hop.
only when there was some sort of problems on the Scranton line would there be an increase
in thru freights on the Erie main.
there was an increase in trains after CR day,but that didn't last too long, but all sorts of non-EL
  power would show up.
like those Top Equalized Trucks on that car,an Erie standard.
EDIT -- the line thru Wortendyke is the Former/Current NYS&W Main Line.
EDIT 2 - there is no Overpass in Waldwck with Erie in Tiles on it,they are in Allendale, and other
locations like Garfield and possibly Mahwah/State Line.

There was no need for either of your edits.  I stated the Midland Park line was NYSW, and I never stated that there were railroad overpasses in Waldwick.  I also lived directly on the Erie mainline diagonally across the tracks from the Waldwick depot in the 1990s, and there were a significant amount of freight consists traveling through.

 :?
   Brian,
your 1st post says "An NYS&W" branch line",does it not ?
and was directing those that want to see the ERIE on bridges to the best
  locations recalled here.
was also stating what EL did in the 70s,and CR after its 3/76 start up.
have no idea what CR did later, but they did switch to the LV line further south
  as the main NJ line.
and they severed the ex-DL&W mains across NJ.
and they did pull up some of the Erie 4 tracks to lesser numbers.
they also pulled up the Waldwick Coach Yard before 1990.
so still feel the edits are valid.
You did miss the Glory years of the 4 Track Erie/EL NJ Main.
