MTL caboose truck question

MTL sells a two truck set of caboose trucks with a generator. Does the set include two trucks with generators or just one and a regular truck? Did cabeese have more than one set of trucks with generators?

   unless there was a need for a lot of Electric, most cabeese would just
  have 1 truck with a generator.

MTL offers two caboose truck sets:

Micro-Trains N 00302140 (1184) Bettendorf Swing Motion Caboose Trucks without Couplers (1 pair, Assembled)

Micro-Trains N 00302100 (1185) Bettendorf Swing Motion Caboose Trucks with Generator, without Couplers (1 pair, Assembled) - both have generators.

Nate is correct the set has two trucks with gens.
SP-Wolf is correct you would need 1 of each set to do the caboose correctly.
