Showcase is going to produce a new white metal and etched metal kit for a Nn3 Shay. From the look of it, the kit will be non powered.
One hopes try will follow up with some follow up rolling stock

I thought it has been on Shapeways for a while?

Oh boy, I love Shays... Nn3 is so tiny though. Not sure I want to even contemplate it.

This really makes me reconsider the Thai shelf layout. I live B&M stream, but this is just so cool. I really wish they would produce some Maine 2' inspired stuff. (yes I know that the gage would be massively wide)

It is very cool and tempting, but I have a stack of On30 kits and locos for the future. My eyes will need a break at some stage and Nn3 is not the right scale for aging eyes.

Nn3 you say? Hmmmm.....wonder if I could bash it back into Standard gauge. I could always use more small geared locos.
