Huh, using gravity to your advantage...well played.   And I'm not sure what WS uses in its scenic cement but I'm convinced it's the way to go since I keep hearing the recurring theme of how well it works.  It's interesting how a single post in a single thread can have so much good info.  8)

I have had much success with WS Scenic Cement.  In fact, when I last ran out, I tried to go with matte medium, which I found it was very expensive and came with snots (lumpy).  No more matte medium for me.  Presently, I'm using diluted white glue, which works fine, but if and when I come across more Scenic Cement, I'll stock up again.

Damn. AC Moore seems to have phased out their WS inventory, at least in my area.
