KCS Diesel Paint Scheme... When?

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

The white started showin g up around 1972 if memory serves.

Great! The red/black scheme was around in 1971. Too bad that the white engines hadn't shown up yet. Oh well, can't have everything.

Now that is something, the Chicago Great Western used the same paint scheme on their GP30 and the Kansas City Southern.
