Eastbound GFX thru Kingman Canyon / Steam

Santa Fe-All the Way railroad got it latest engine #2926 from the Tomball Locomotive Works (superturbine-Jason). Company photographers caught it a couple times heading eastbound thru Kingman Canyon at the front of a GFX (Green Fruit Express) en-route to Chicago. Photos were taken from Route 66-the mother road. In that last pic, it looks like your electrical lineman needs to a minor repair......doh!! guess I'll go get the spikes on the boots!

now we know where 2926 was headed!...right down 249....up 1960...across 45....over to 59....LOL...straight to Kingman Canyon!

Thanks for the comments guys, the scene is only 18" deep and 30 feet long but that is what N-scale is all about!!!!!!!!! The HO guys drool all over themselves when the 38 car tank train rolls through during a session! Bruce your close but Jason I and met up at the San Jacinto show in Stafford, Tx on Saturday so it went way south before heading to my railroad...HAHA!!! and I need to see if the warranty is still good if Lineman Jason used bad superglue on that pole!!!!!!! ANOTHER FINE STEAM ENGINE FROM TOMBALL LOCOMOTIVE WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! :D  Gordon
